The saga continues...

The end of the first week of the holy month... and pretty much everything remains unchanged. I got the opportunity to meet up with a group of friends over iftar on Sunday. It was great, I thought it would be a small iftar but to my surprise I met a couple of friends I haven't seen in ages and it was a well-sized group. After iftar we decided to go to Max Brenner. He's this druglord that lives down the street from the place we were at. Ok fine he's not... but he could be if you categorise chocolates as drugs. For all the chocolate lovers out there, this is chocolate heaven! We enjoyed ourselves and had lots of laughs.
Basically just another thing to take my mind off the fact that I'm not enjoying the lovely festivities. I could say it worked fine.

On a personal basis though, I guess I'm kind of getting the hang of it. Now I'm starting to wonder how well I'll do towards my finals.. I hope all goes well inshaAllah.
